Today I have a no stamping card for you! Yup, those do happen now and then, don't they?
This is actually a technique. It's called the "Negative Space" technique. It's where you punch out a space (the butterfly in this case) and you add something behind it (decorative paper here) and you can see the image perfectly.
You just add Dimensionals to the back of the negative space piece and add your paper. Affix that onto your card and you are done.
This was the card that Terri taught at her Technique Night last week. I was there to help her out and at the end of the night she always has two finished samples and instruction cards for me to take home. I LOVE Technique Night! I get to see all the gals I don't often see. A great and talented group of stampers!!!
This is a very simple card to make and it's good for quite a few occasions.
