The original card was done by Heather at Split Coast Stampers. When I ran across it I thought it was such a pretty yet simple card that I had to make one.
I did change it a little. I added my wording up at the top left corner. Her card has the wording on the left near the flower. It's not that I didn't like her wording, I just wanted to make this card into a Mother's Day card and I needed more space.
I wasn't sure how she got her leaves to look like they do but for mine I stamped off before stamping on the card stock.
The flower was stamped using Blushing Bride and then Melon Mambo was sponged on. It gives it some nice dimension.
It's a very easy card to make and super quick too!
