The "Wetlands" set is a perfect set to make masculine cards. I never seem to have enough masculine cards, do you?
For my card I used the "Woodgrain" embossing folder on a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White card stock. I taped that to a folded half sheet of Soft Suede card stock.
Next I cut the bottom panel using Soft Suede card stock and Soft Suede from the Designer Paper pack. I taped the two together and then I added some ribbon around the panel.
I stamped the goose, layered it and set it in place using Dimensionals. The birthday greetings came from the "Label Love" set. I stamped it and then punched it out. Then I punched out a piece of Soft Suede and layered it behind the words but I only layered it at the top of it. I could have cut the piece in half and put half at the bottom and half at the top but the bottom piece would have just gotten lost in the background. I think it turned out just fine with only one part layered. Once I got done with that I set it in place on the card using Dimensionals. And that was it! Super simple and a very quick card to produce too!
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
