I called this a masculine card but it could be used for either. I just thought it would be a perfect masculine card though. No ribbons, no buttons or bows!
This is one of the cards I made at Terri's fun Stamp a Stack last week. My sister and I always have such a great time at them. We get to chat and make lots of cards at the same time!!
The "Timeless Talk" set was used to make this card. I didn't finish my card at the Stamp a Stack because I wanted to use some different words so I just stamped the image and took the rest home with me. I also changed up the card just a bit. Terri didn't have that smaller circle on the side like that. But we all have our own tastes and this is what I did with the card! The words are from the "Petite Pairs" set, which is set in place using Dimensionals. And the decorative paper is from the "Modern Medley" decorative paper pack. This is such a simple card to put together. Though I didn't have to do any of the cutting so I can say it was simple!!!
I do like how the card turned out and I think I may be using this layout again in the future!!! I have some fun winter cards in mind. Let's just hope I remember them next month. Like I said yesterday, I'm not going to be doing any Christmas cards or projects in October!
I am thinking that you may be interested in some measurements! The large black circle is 3" and the Very Vanilla one on top of it is 2-1/2". The small black circle is 1-3/4" and the Very Vanilla one on top of it is 1-3/8". The strip on the side is cut 2" x 4-1/4" and the music paper is cut 1-3/4" x 4". And there you have it! Now go make some!
Thank you a bunch for stopping by today,
Wanda
