I found this fun card on Pinterest. I believe it was by Deena Boos. I can not find the original card. I had the image in Pinterest but I didn't pin it. I just had the card open. I clicked on the image and I got lost somewhere in cyberspace! I did try to find the card on her site but I have no idea how far it goes back. So if you know the direct link please let me know so I can add it to my post and give her proper credit. But don't look at her card too long. She did a much better job on it than I did! LOL I didn't get my background as smooth looking as she did. This was my third attempt at that background. First I smeared the sponge around and it made a dark mess. Then I took a sponge dauber and smeared the ink around and got another dark mess. And here I just tapped on the color and I have a blotchy background but at least it's not a dark mess!
I took a scrap piece of card stock and my square punch and punched out the center so I had a square template to sponge in. Then I did my sponging. Once I was done with that I stamped on the stems, then the flower tips and finally the words.
I taped a piece of Garden Green (to match the ink pad) to the Sahara Sand piece. The top piece is set in place using Dimensionals. But before I set it in place I attached the ribbon to it. It's a pretty simple card to make once you get over the blotchy background!!
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda

Myself, I think it's a wonderful card, it's made with love and makes it unique; so hold your head up high, stick out your chest and be proud of what you have done.
I really like the softness of your card.

I made a couple of these cards today. It is relatively easy to make (after a little practice sponging). Thank you for the idea!
