Witches' Brew and Best of Halloween

I was looking for some fun background paper and I ran across this piece (or a part of the piece) in the "Witches' Brew" decorative paper pack.  I trimmed it down and saved the skull and crossbones part.  I turned the scraps over and there was the orange and dots piece!  Such a deal!  I was able to use the scraps.  

I stamped the witches hat from the "Best of Halloween" set using VersaMark.  I embossed it in black and cut it out.  I was going to just stamp on the decorative paper and heat set it but I wasn't sure how it would turn out and I didn't want to redo the paper.  I stamped the "Trick or Treat" and layered it.

I added a ribbon to the right side and that was about it.  Not a lot to it but it looks like there's a lot going on!
