I still had the "Halloween Hello" stamp set out and I thought I would play with it. I was looking at the skulls. Not one of my favorite images but I thought I would give it a try. I stamped them on black card stock using VersaMark and I embossed them in white. Then I punched them out with a 1" square punch. The white behind it is a 1-1/8" punched square and the Pumpkin Pie card stock is a 1-1/4" square. So simple. Just tape or glue all the squares. Then set then in place but don't adhere them yet. You need to know where to stamp the bat and the words. The words kind of got lost on the card but in person you can see it well enough. Once stamped in VersaMark, I used black embossing powder and heat st it.
Next I took a half sheet of Basic Black card stock and folded it in half for my card base. The Pumpkin Pie card stock was cut 1/8" on two sides. And the decorative paper is from the new "Witches' Brew" pack. Once the layers were taped or glued in place you can begin to add the skulls. I used Dimensionals to set mine in place.
Once the skulls were adhered to the decorative paper I added little rhinestones to each ones eyes and to the bats eyes. Just to give the card a little bling. After I had finished the bat I wished I had colored the eyes before adding them. But crystal eyes are fine, it's still cute!
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
