Today I have a card to share with you that I found at Julia's Paper in to Love blog. I don't have a direct link to this card, sometimes when you find a card on Pinterest or a Google Images search you don't always get all of the information. But hop on over to Julia's blog and see her other posts. She has some pretties over there that are worth looking at!
For the border piece on my card I used the Gingham Garden decorative paper. Not a favorite side of the paper but it worked or this card.
The flowers are stamped using Daffodil Delight and the stems are done using Wild Wasabi.
The words are from the "Simply Sketched" set and are stamped using black StazOn. They were punched out using the large oval punch and the scallop is a scrap piece of Daffodil Delight. It was set in place using Dimensionals.
I used the scalloped border punch and then a piece of Daffodil Delight ribbon. That was one of the differences in my card and the decorative paper. That focal piece was set in place using Dimensionals and the card was done. Easy peasy and pretty too! If you'd like to make this card the center panel was cut 4-1/4" x 3" before punching. And the decorative paper strip is 5-1/2" x 1-1/4".
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
