Flower Shop meets Fabulous Florets Birthday Card

You guessed it, I have not put the "Flower Shop" set away yet.  I'm having too much fun with it.  And you do realize, in about 8 weeks the leaves will start falling off the trees.  Our summer just got going and I want to make a lot of flower cards before the summer gets away from me.  I'm not a big fan of summer but I do love the flowers.  

For my card I used Pumpkin Pie card stock and ink, along with Wild Wasabi ink for the flower stem.  The flower stem is from the "Fabulous Florets" set.  I thought the two together were a nice combo.  It's too bad that the "Flower Shop" set didn't come with a stem and a leaf.  But since it didn't I have managed to find a couple of sets I can mingle to make a pretty flower with a stem!

This was an easy and super quick card to make.  And of course, it was a lot of fun to do too.
