Love & Sympathy Card

This card was very easy to make.  It took very little time at all too!  I love it when I can make a card that is not only easy but quick too!  You can't beat that deal.  

I used the Love & Sympathy set to make this card.  I found out a friend of mine's mother died this summer and I didn't know about it.  But I think it's ok to still send her a sympathy card. 

I found this card at Split Coast Stampers.  The card on their side was done using Craft for the ink color but I wanted a bit more colorful so I used the Calypso Coral and Wild Wasabi.  The words from that same set were stamped using black StazOn.  I prefer the StazOn because it dries faster and I feel that the image is a lot sharper.  

The ribbon is called Scallop Dots.  I bought it in black because I needed black ribbon and that was pretty much all Stampin' Up! had in black.  

This was such a pretty card too. I think I will be making a few but for other occasions.
