When I am not stamping I can be found beading and sometimes I can even be found cleaning the house and my workroom (but not very often!! LOL).
I have a closet full of beads but that does not stop me from buying more. I believe it's called the Crow Syndrome. A crow sees a shiny object and has to get it. Well, it's the same with beaders. SO easily distracted by a shiny bead!!! LOL
I LOVE beading and I LOVE teaching beading.
I LOVE beading and I LOVE teaching beading.
This bracelet is called the St. Petersburg chain. I don't know the history behind the name or if there even is one. I just like making them. I will have a pattern for this stitch in a couple of months. I'll post the notice when it's done. I LOVE making these. Actually, there are very few bracelets I don't love making. I find beading very relaxing and I always LOVE new bracelets.
I thought I would take a day off from stamping and have some fun beading. I just wanted to show you one of the bracelets I've made. Click on the photo for a closer view.
Back to stamping tomorrow. Sometimes you just need a little break from the everyday stuff. I don't want to get burned out on stamping! And a day off was just what I needed on the last day of this very long wintry month!
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
A very beautiful bracelet, Wanda. I am not a beader and I can't take on another hobby, if you know what I mean! LOL I just look.
