Long Fellows Turtle Birthday Card

This turtle is just TOO darn cute. I had stamped a few images from it last month using Sharon's set. The images are still on my worktable. Sometimes I get around to playing with them! Today was one of those days.

I used a cute Cuttlebug texture for the background. I cut it into panels and layered them on the Garden Green card stock. I thought this texture had a "turtlely" look to it!

I colored the turtle in using a variety of green markers.

Under the turtle layer I tied a piece of 1/4" white grosgrain ribbon. I wanted to keep the card simple looking but yet give it a bit of texture and dimension.
