This "Got Treats" set is such a fun, wonderful and versatile set. It covers a few fun occasions like Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's Day, it covers birthdays (both masculine and feminine) there is a "a little treat for someone so sweet" word stamp and a Clover. Plus some wording for the milk cartons! Just TOO cute!
Today I took the gingerbread boy and stamped it on a piece of scrap white card stock. I used the card layout I LOVE for smaller images. This image fit perfectly in it (without the "Got Merry" words under it). The beautiful holiday paper is from the new "Candy Cane Christmas" decorative paper pack. There's SO many adorable images in that pack. There's a snowflake sheet that I'm SO eager to play with!! Anyway, back to this card...
On the gingerbread boy I added 3 tiny little pearls down the front of him. Just TOO cute! I used Cherry Cobbler and Blushing Bride card stock. They seemed to match the decorative paper the best. They are SO pretty together.
I added a piece of 1/4" white grosgrain ribbon around the front panel, put a few Dimensionals behind it and it was done! Such a simple layout to play with and a super easy card to make.
I would like to do a snowman card like that but there is no snowman in the set. Though there is a little snowman in the other new (soon to be favorite) set, "Jolly Bingo Bits." I LOVE every image in that set too!
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
