I have a fun Weekend Project for you. You can quickly alter a notebook using the Stampin' Up! "Stitched Felt" flowers.
The words on here are from the "Note to Self" set. Another set I bought because of the word "note." The word was stamped in the center of an image from the "Oval All" set and then punched out with the scallop punch.
The background behind the flower is from the "Extreme Elements" set. Another set I got just for one image in it. I may just have to challenge myself to use the rest of the images in that set!
Isn't that paper pretty? It's from the "Write Stuff" decorative paper pack. I used Pretty in Pink card stock and "Eyelet Border" punch and the leaves are done using the "Little Leaves" Sizzlet.
These notebooks were quick and easy to make. And they really didn't take much for product to put them all together. Aren't they just sweet looking? And the more I use that background stamp the more I look for things to use it on! It just adds a nice "splash" behind an image. Just too cute, huh?
It's amazing what you can do to dress up a little notebook. Just go grab one and give it a try.
I have had many requests for a tutorial on the "Matchbook" notebook I posted here on February 20th. I will work on a tutorial for that this weekend. I have been giving it a lot of thought and have figured out a way for you to make it and it will be simple! I like simple!!
Thanks SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
