C is for Cat

This is the card that Sue A. made for the Sunday Shoebox Swap. I actually bought this set but haven't put it together yet. I bought it to use on my scrapbook pages of my cats photos. I thought it would be fun to use it as a background piece on my pages. I have plans for it, just haven't put the set together and applied them!!! But I will soon.

Sue probably bought this stamp set because she is as much of a cat lover as I am!

This card was fun to make and I LOVE all the layers. Sue is a very creative person and thinks outside the box. I LOVE how these layers are offset, it just keeps the eye busy enough but not distracting.

The cat, paws and words were heat embossed. It was a very easy card to make. Now remember I'm saying this because I didn't have to cut all that card stock!!! LOL Actually I think if I did have to cut my own card stock this card would still be considered and easy card. It's not hard to cut card stock, it's just a bit more time consuming when you have lots of layers. But this card is SO worth it! I had fun making it and I liked the end results. Oh and best part..... it actually turned out like the demo one!! I didn't mess this one up! Shocker, huh?
