Yup, it's that time again. I know I was suppose to be writing up a post when I was ready to sell the extra Technique Book pages I made in the round 1 of 20 pages. I will do that next week. I know some of you are sitting on pins and needles waiting for that post to go out. Check back next week, I promise I will have it on there then. But today I'm posting my "Chatty Cathy" Blog Candy. I've had 900 posts since the blog was started. Shocker, huh?? LOL
To celebrate the 900 posts I'm offering this "Wedding Bliss" clear stamp set by Scraptrends. This is one of those sets that you cut off the header and the pouch goes in some type of binder or notebook. Nice way to keep your clear stamps organized!!! And what a cool way to store them!
This set is new, unused. It's still sealed with that little plastic "thingy" near the zipper and until it is cut off you can't open it. I took a photo of the back because it showed the designs better. It looks like a fun wedding/bridal shower set. I think the towels hanging are adorable!!!
What do you need to do to be entered in the random drawing for this fun blog candy??? Well, tradition tells that you must answer a question! Ok, the question of the day . . . . Other than stamping what other hobby do you have/do? For me, when I am not stamping you can find me either playing with beads or polymer clay and sometimes even playing with polymer clay beads!!! LOL
Please leave your comment to this post only and on Monday September 15th I will use the random generator to pick a winner. Please do NOT leave your email address in your comment. Spammers LOVE that and I don't contact anyone via email. I post the winner on my blog.
Thanks for playing and good luck to you,
Wanda

Hi Wanda,
ReplyDeleteI tried to find the lip balm at Sara's Blog yesterday, but I cannot read anything. The brown background and cream coloured butterflies make it impossible to read the text. But I love waht you did, it looks fantastic. And these wedding stamps are super cute! Thanks for keeping you blog so interesting, it gives quite a lot of inspiration to me!

My other hobby's would be quilting, tole painting and paper piecing. I love to do all kinds of crafts they relax me and I get something out of it in return.

ReplyDeleteI have 6 kids so when Im not papercrafting, Im usually doing something that involves them. I also like to surf the internet- a little too much :)
My other hobbies are traveling, reading...although with my stamping obsession theres hardly time left over for these other loves! Thanks for the chance to win.
ReplyDeleteStamping really was my only craft until Tuesday of this week. I took a Needle Felting class and I'm "hooked". No pun intended. What I really love about it is that all the wool is local. The lady that held the class has a farm and she shears the lambs & lamas, cleans & dyes the wool herself!! So part of the little lambs I see everyday are now a little purse and a pumpkin. Since everything is local it is VERY inexpensive. YEAH!
ReplyDeleteThanks Wanda,
JIB (Janet)
My main hobby is my doggies. Right now my older dog, Abby, is requiring alot of care while she is in her twilight years. My stamping is very important to me as well, but right now my time has been devoted to Abby.
ReplyDeleteCheryl Sims
When I'm not stamping you can find me doing counted cross stitch; the more intricate the project the better I like it. Love all the posts; keep on chatting! jmniffer
ReplyDeleteWhat awesome blog candy - how sweet of you! I have had many hobbies over the years, but right now my only hobbies are cardmaking and computer. Together they already take up WAY too much time! LOL!!

Congrats on reaching another milestone on your blog!! When not stamping, I love reading!! It is not only relaxing, it is pretty easy on fingers that are currently suffering from a serious flare-up of rheumatoid arthritis!!
ReplyDeleteLinda Larson in Iowa
Great candy and congratulations on your posts! I started out a scrapbooker, but find myself doing more and more cards. I love all your projects and get such inspiration from you. Keep up the good work!

ReplyDeleteCongrats on your 900th post. This is some sweet candy you are celebrating with your readers. There's something else then stamping??? Lately if I'm not stamping, I'm blog surfin and checking out SCS. I've been thinking about getting out my polymer clay stuff and making fun embellishments with that also. Really I just love crafting of anything. Thanks for a chance.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute set. I have never even heard of Scraptrends. Just what I needed another company to check out, lol! I am a very crafty person so I could be found doing just about any thing. Woodworking, candle making, painting you name it I probably have dabbled in it a bit. The one I would love to learn is quilting but can't seem to find time with all this card making, lol.
ReplyDeleteYour blog is so fun -- so you obviously have it down after 900 posts! Keep up the great work, you always inspire me!
Congrats Wanda.
ReplyDeleteYour blog is becoming a regular hit parade! My other hobby (obsession??) is crochet. For me, browsing the yarn bins is just as dangerous as browsing the DP racks at craft stores...I just love all the colors and textures! I just bought another sampler book and am getting ready to start making some Christmas gifts. Thanks for the chance at this awesome stamp set! Can't wait for the info on ordering a set of technique pages!

I enjoy scrapbooking.
ReplyDeleteI crochet when I have time and energy.
I garden.
I'm new to "stamping", though. I'm also still trying to work myself up to making my own cards. I love seeing all the cards you make.
Other hobbies... that is tuff, since I found rubber stamping that has pretty much sucked me in totally. I just love to craft, I have tried alot of differant types of craft and like to dabble in all.

ReplyDeleteIf I'm not stamping (which is rare), I am reading! :)
