Yup, Chatty Cathy time! I have over 800 posts on my blog now. WOW, and a big UNREAL in there too!
Close up of the clear stamps set by Scrappy Cat. LOTS of fun flowers. Plus I'm adding some stick on rhinestones, double sided tape and some foam dots. The other photo shows the other items. And many times I add some extra fun "stuff" as I run across it in my workroom supplies!!
Nothing is FREE so here's what you need to do!!!! Just leave a comment on this post only. Leave your guess as to what bird this baby bird is in the photo!!! Hint, it's NOT a bald eagle!!! LOL Please don't include your email address in your comment.
I will draw a name using the "Random Name Generator" on Friday evening on June 27th. Check back on Friday evening to see if you're the lucky winner.
Have fun!
Wanda

I can't guess what that bird is.It may not live down south but maybe it is a wren even though it is too large.
ReplyDeleteI 'dunno', is it a baby robin?
ReplyDeleteI am guessing a cardinal... just because of the pine tree...that is where they love here up north...pine trees...
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing a baby loon - and just how close do you live to the water, anyway?
ReplyDeleteHi Wanda,
ReplyDeleteI thoroughly enjoy reading your blog and look to it often for inspiration! This baby bird looks like some we just recently had in our big pine tree, so I'm going to take a guess and say it's a robin. Thank you for all your helpful tips!
Is it a baby Robin? Thanks for the opportunity to win! :)
ReplyDeleteHmmmmmm....looks like it might be a cedar waxwing.
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was a singing sparrow. He sure is a cute li'l guy! I love it when you offer blog candy--I always hope that maybe some of your mojo would rub off on the package!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to say its a baby blue jay - but I really have no clue. Love your blog - Thanks for sharing!!
ReplyDeleteIs it a wren?

ReplyDeleteI think it's a wee little robin.
ReplyDeleteMaybe I'm crazy, but it looks like a turkey to me!
ReplyDeleteI'm guessin it's a new line of stamps coming out. (teehee)
ReplyDeleteIt's a wren??? Can't wait to find out what it really is. Thanks for a chance at this sweet candy.
I think it's a robin because that's easily spotted around this time of year but the beak looks like that of a cardinal. I have to say though that I've never seen a baby cardinal.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to go out on a limb (ha-ha) and say it's a baby vulture.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your posts Wanda, I have fun checking in to see what you are up to. This is a great blog candy, very kind of you:). My guess would have to be a Robin.
ReplyDeleteIs it a baby robin???
ReplyDeleteHi! I'm gonna go out on a limb (no pun intended) and say it's a baby cardinal. The little tuft on its head makes it look like a cardinal.
ReplyDeleteI am pretty sure it is a baby robin :)! Thanks at this chance at some great blog candy :)!

ReplyDeleteWell, I know it's not a pigeon! LOL But I am not good with birds so I will guess a robin like most other guesses. Thanks for the chance to win Wanda! Great candy!!!
ReplyDeleteDorothy
I am goinf to guess a woodpecker.
ReplyDeleteThat is a hard one...it is a really large baby bird. I know it is brown now but what about a starling or something like that...a crow?
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for blog candy...such a great blog.
Cute! but I have no idea what it is. LOL! A wren??
ReplyDeleteI am guessing a robin but I'm really not sure. I love birds

ReplyDeleteI'm going to say it's a cardinal. I don't know much about birds except that they love trees.
ReplyDeleteKristi Kelly
I have to guess to have the chance to win your great blog candy, but I'm a hummingbird freak and no good at other birds, but here goes: I'm going to say cardinal, too, as it makes sense to me! What a wonderful opportunity to get such a close picture of a baby bird! Where's his mommy? :-(
ReplyDeleteI think it's a cardinal.
ReplyDeleteKristi
I would not even know where to begin to guess what kind of bird that is. The only kind of bird I really even know is a robin or a bluebird. And I don't think it is either of those!
ReplyDeleteI am going to guess a raptor of some sort - perhaps a hawk. Given the curve of the beak, it has to be in the raptor family, though. Hawk (not Tony, though) is my guess. Not Hawkeye from Mash either. Just hawk.
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was a robin..thanks for the chance to play!
ReplyDeleteI love to see pics of baby anythings. I'm going to guess a baby wren. Love the candy and I hope I win!
ReplyDeleteThanks.
Not knowing my birds I'm going to say a robin, no wait, maybe it's a wren - OH I KNOW - it's a snoopy's friend bird - you know the little yellow one! this is the baby version of course...:) Love your blog and thanks for all the great ideas - it helps me so much when I'm getting ready to do a class!
ReplyDeleteI do not know a lot about birds but I am going to guess this is a baby Cardinal. The coloring and those big eyes are what (I think) gives it away. I hope I'm right!
ReplyDeleteA baby blue jay !
ReplyDeleteClaudia

My guess is a hawk because of the beak, but I'm not sure if you find them in pine trees. ummmm.
ReplyDeleteI guess maybe a robin?
ReplyDeleteGreetings from Belgium, Annelies
I am taking a wild guess and saying a sparrow, how cute it is !!! Thanks Wanda for all the chances to win candy!
ReplyDeleteWould you believe that I actually spent some time looking at baby birds to try to figure it out? Yes, I'm nuts and no I didn't see anything that looked quite like this baby bird. I guess I'll just throw out a baby hawk. *eyeroll* See, told you I had no idea! LOL!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the posts! Thanks for the great blog candy!
Hmmm I'll guess a red hawk. Thanks for the chance to win a fun stamp set! Clara

ReplyDeleteI think its a baby sparrow.
ReplyDeleteHi Wanda:
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely sure it's a baby cardinal. If it's not I'll be shocked.
Love your sight and look forward to it every day.
Thanks for the chance at some low cal candy!
I'm guessing it's a blue jay or cardinal because of the hood on top of it's head...If I were to pick one, it would be blue jay.
ReplyDeleteHow about a starling!! That's some sweet candy! I just started blogging so I'm in awe of your 800 posts.......too cool!
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Maria
Looks kinda big. I'll say a wild turkey. Thanks for the chance to win.
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing a baby hawk.

ReplyDeleteSwedie
Great blog. My guess will have to be a robin. Greetings from South Africa. We don't have such a wide variety of fabulous stamps, so here's keeping my fingers crossed!
ReplyDeleteHi Wanda, first of all I just came across your blog this week and it is awesome!! I am a fairly new SU Dem, so I am always looking for new ideas and inspiration, Thanx!
ReplyDeleteAs for this baby here in the pine tree...hmmm... looks like a robin or cardinal to me...not real sure though. Thanks again!!
Pam aka:It'sjustme on SCS :o)
I will guess a woodpecker, just to be different! Hee hee.
ReplyDeleteMARSH WREN some where in the Wren family maybe!
ReplyDeleteI'm gonna guess a robin. I don't get a lot of birds nests by my house, we have 4 cats.
ReplyDeleteI think it is a baby Blue Jay because of the crest forming on it's head. Plus it is in a pine tree, where they usually nest. And thanks for the chance to win the great blog candy!
ReplyDeleteWhatever it is, it is VERY CUTE!!
ReplyDeleteI'd probably have to go with maybe some type of sparrow.....
Thanks, Lynn
