I am in need of a few gift card holders. When you make them the size of a card, most people think it's just a card and when they open it they get a nice surprise!! These "Secret Pocket Gift Card Holders" are super easy and quick to make. The quickness depends on how much you embellish them. I could have added more DSP to the inside flap or added some festive stamped images on the inside but I didn't and I wanted to write inside my card so I left it blank.
I had posted this technique a while back. You can get the measurements and instructions by clicking here.
I used a 4" x 3" piece of Decorative Series Paper (DSP) from the "Christmas Around the World" 12" x 12" pack.
The words are from the "Snowflake Sentiments" set. I stamped them using Garden Green ink. The Real Red layer behind the words was cut 2-1/4" x 3-1/4". I set those layers in place using Dimensionals.
Have fun making these. They REALLY are easy to do!! The pocket is roomy so you don't have to try to shove it in there and make it fit!
Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
